Brenda Rising-Moore
Title: Treasurer Bio: I came to Broad Ripple via Canada, swiftly settling into Hoosier speak…much to my English mum’s dismay. From my first office on Carrollton Ave. in 1977, I helped build the foundation and handled the finances for over ˝ dozen successful small businesses, including my own Union Jack Pub. I now enjoy volunteering these skills to Green Broad Ripple, Inc.—focusing on the dream of full stream recycling in our community and our BRAVE project which promotes bike lanes and “complete streets” on Broad Ripple Avenue. If a picture is worth a thousand words, an environmentally responsible Broad Ripple Village will be a living library. Make it happen! Email: lawpric@aol.com
